Office cleaning pricing depends on square footage, cleaning frequency, and scope of work. Most City Star clients pay between $0.08 and $0.20 per square foot per visit. We provide a free, written quote after a 30-minute on-site walkthrough.

Both. Most professional services offices choose nightly cleaning (3–5 nights per week) between 6pm and 6am so the workspace is ready each morning. Daytime porter service is also available for high-traffic offices.

What's included in a standard office cleaning?

Every scope includes high-touch surface disinfection, restroom sanitation and restocking, kitchen and breakroom cleaning, floor care (vacuum, mop, polish), trash and recycling removal, glass cleaning, and conference room turnover.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. City Star provides all EPA-registered chemicals, color-coded microfiber, HEPA vacuums, and equipment. Green-Seal certified product upgrades are available on request.
