How cleaning frequency adjusts your rate
Daily service is the base rate. The less often we visit, the more soil builds up between cleanings, so each visit takes longer and carries a higher rate.

How we calculate your estimate
Facility size and type
Square footage sets the base labor time and facility type sets how fast a crew clears it. A warehouse floor moves quickly. A dental suite does not.
Cleaning frequency
Frequency adjusts the base time. A building cleaned more often stays in a maintained state and takes less time per visit, so your cost per visit falls as service increases.
Restrooms and fixtures
Restrooms are priced separately from open floor because they carry the most labor per square foot. Fixture count drives that time more than room size does.
Scope
The estimate covers routine janitorial work, supplies and equipment. Floor refinishing, carpet extraction, windows and post-construction detail are quoted on their own.
